Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Ztamp.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ztamp (https://ztamp.it), including our merchant console, customer wallet, public store pages, ordering tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
Ztamp provides digital loyalty and store tools for merchants and customers. Merchants can run stamp-based loyalty campaigns, issue QR and NFC stamp methods, manage customers, publish a public store page, and collect order tickets for fulfillment outside the Service. Customers can collect stamps in a web wallet, redeem rewards, and submit orders to merchants.
Feature availability may depend on your plan (for example Free, Pro, or Business) and on settings you configure. Plan details and pricing are described on our Pricing and Billing pages.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features you rely on.
3. Accounts
You may register with email and password or through supported sign-in providers (such as Google). You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The Service supports different roles (for example customer, merchant, and administrator). Access to merchant and admin features is limited to authorized accounts.
In limited demo or walk-in flows, we may allow temporary guest sessions so a customer can collect stamps without a full account. Guest activity may be limited, and converting to a full account may be required to keep history.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or for Ztamp.
4. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for their loyalty programs, reward fulfillment, in-store policies, product and pricing information, order fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws (including consumer protection, marketing, and data protection rules in your jurisdiction).
Orders submitted through Ztamp are tickets for the merchant to fulfill. Payment for customer orders is arranged between the merchant and the customer outside the Service (for example via Messenger or Instagram). Ztamp does not process customer payments for those orders.
You must not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful programs. You are responsible for the accuracy of campaign terms, store information, and communications you publish to customers.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Ztamp offers subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Business) that unlock merchant features such as additional active campaigns, staff kiosk devices, card styling options, and custom print layouts. Stamp issuance is unlimited on all plans — you do not need to purchase credits to issue stamps.
Paid plans are billed as prepaid periods (monthly or annual). Prices may be shown in Philippine pesos (PHP) or US dollars (USD) depending on your location and the currency you select at checkout. Plan details and entitlements are described on our Pricing and Billing pages.
When a paid period ends, access may enter a short grace period and then revert to the Free plan or other then-current default entitlements if you do not renew.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. In the Philippines you may pay with QR Ph through PayMongo, or with card (and related methods) through PayPal. International merchants typically pay in USD through PayPal. Those providers’ terms also apply to your transaction. We may offer promotional codes that discount eligible subscription purchases subject to the promo terms.
Subscriptions are non-transferable between merchants unless we explicitly allow otherwise. Prepaid periods are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Legacy prepaid stamp credits may still appear on older accounts for administrative purposes. Credits are no longer sold through the merchant console and do not limit stamp issuance.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, resell access without permission, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
You may not attempt to access data belonging to other merchants or customers except as the Service intentionally allows, and you may not abuse QR, NFC, or scanning flows to fraudulently obtain stamps or rewards.
7. Intellectual property
Ztamp owns the Service, branding, and underlying software. You retain ownership of content you upload (for example store names, logos, campaign copy, and product listings).
You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every business requirement. We are not a party to transactions between merchants and their customers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ztamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Disputes should first be raised with us via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ztamp.it/) or support@ztamp.it. Where permitted, courts in the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on https://ztamp.it and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
