Refund Policy
How we handle refund requests for prepaid credits and paid plans purchased on Ztamp.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription purchases merchants make through Ztamp (such as Pro or Business plans). It does not govern rewards, products, or orders that merchants offer to their own customers — those are between the merchant and the customer.
Legacy prepaid stamp credits, if any remain on an account from before our unlimited-stamps transition, are handled under Section 2.
2. Legacy digital credits
We no longer sell stamp credits through the merchant console. Stamps are unlimited on all plans. Any legacy credit balance on your account is retained for administrative purposes only and is generally non-refundable once granted.
If you believe a legacy credit purchase was duplicated or made in error, contact us under Section 5 with transaction details for case-by-case review.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are prepaid access for a billing period (monthly or annual) and unlock the features described at checkout. Prices may be charged in PHP or USD depending on the currency selected at purchase. After a subscription is activated and the period has started, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for that period.
If you do not renew, access may continue through any stated grace period and then revert to Free (or the then-current default plan). Non-renewal, downgrade after the period ends, or unused features during an active period do not by themselves create a refund.
Changing plans mid-period, if offered, is handled according to the options shown in Billing at the time; unused time is not automatically converted to a cash refund unless we approve an exception under Section 4.
Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original processor where possible (PayMongo or PayPal) to the original payment method, or applied as account credit at our discretion.
4. Case-by-case review
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Examples where we may approve a refund or account adjustment include: duplicate subscription charges, technical errors that prevented activation of a paid plan, or unauthorized transactions reported promptly with supporting details.
We are less likely to approve refunds when a subscription period has substantially begun after successful activation, when the purchase was made in error after successful delivery, or when a significant period has passed since the transaction.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of the charge via our contact form (https://ztamp.it/contact), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ztamp.it/), or support@ztamp.it with your merchant account email, transaction reference or receipt, purchase date, plan purchased, and a brief explanation.
We aim to respond within several business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, or applied as account credit at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or PayPal without contacting us first, we may suspend the account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
7. Changes
Ztamp may update this Refund Policy. The "Last updated" date on this page reflects the current version.
